Before you begin
Ensure your Visual Voicemail is active.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your LG smartphone or from another phone.
You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.
Steps
- Open theVoicemail app
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the3-dot Menu.
- TapRefresh.
- Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.
- To play a message, tapPlay.
- To place a call back, tap theCall back icon.
- To reply with message:
- TapReplyandRecord voicemail.
- To send the voicemail message, tapText messageorEmailthen follow the onscreen prompts.
- To forward a message:
- TapForward.
- SlelectMessageorEmail.
- Enter the applicable info then tapSend.
- To save the message, tapSave.
- To delete a message:
- Tap the applicable message.
- Tap theTrash iconthen tapYes.
- To delete multiple messages:
- Tap theTrash icon.
- Select the desired messages.To delete all, tapSelect all.
- TapDeletethen tapYes.
