Price increase for older Verizon mobile phone plans - FAQs

Only the following no-longer-available Verizon plans will be charged the Plan Rate Adjustment. Starting 4/10/23, these plans will see an added charge of $2/month per mobile phone line:

• Go Unlimited Loyalty
• Go Unlimited Welcome Back
• Beyond Unlimited 1.0
• The New Verizon Plan Unlimited $110
• The New Verizon Plan Unlimited Smartphone $65
• 55+ Unlimited Plan
• 55+ Loyalty Unlimited Plan
• Unlimited Business Plan

Note: Basic phones on the $30/month Single Basic Phone Plan aren’t subject to Plan Rate Adjustment. Tablets, smart watches and other devices won’t be impacted either.

Note: Account Owners and Account Managers can view all devices and plans on the account. Account Members can only view plan details for their own device. Learn how to assign Account Roles.

If your plan is subject to the "Plan Rate Adjustment", you'll see the charge in Bill details for each affected line:

• The $2/month Plan Rate Adjustment takes effect 4/10/23.
• The first month, you may see a partial Plan Rate Adjustment charge in the One-time charges & credits section of your bill.
• You'll also see a Plan Rate Adjustment for the coming month in the Plans section. That's because you pay for your monthly mobile service plan in advance.

Visit your Bill overview page in My Verizon to view your bill amount, billing period, payment history and next bill estimate.

Here are options to consider to make the most of your Verizon mobile phone line:

• Stay on your plan and pay the increased charges.
• Move to a current Unlimited plan.
  • Current options may bring you more value and flexibility.
  • You may be eligible for device upgrade and plan discounts.
  • Visit My Offers to see discounts for which you’re eligible.
• Choose a Verizon prepaid plan.

• You'll need to choose a plan for each line on your account.
• Each Unlimited line is eligible for a $10/month discount for using Auto Pay and paper-free billing.
