For any Fios plan purchased before 9/3/26, you can still enroll in the standard montly (postpaid) Mobile + Home benefits whenever you'd like.

Your Fios Internet plan must be purchased before 9/3/26 to qualify for the Verizon Value + Fios Discount. If you’re an existing Verizon Value Brand customer:

1. Visit the Fios Home Internet page to check Fios availability at your address.
2. Select Order now and choose your home internet plan.
3. Go to the discount enrollment page to verify your Fios Internet plan and Value mobile accounts.
4. Validate your Fios account by entering your Fios username and password or your Fios account number and ZIP code.
   1. If you don’t have a Fios username and password, you can create them.  
5. Enter your Verizon Value Brand mobile number to receive a text message with a one-time PIN.
6. Enter the one-time pin into the discount enrollment screen for verification.
7. Review the discount confirmation in the green banner on the page.

We'll send you a confirmation email. The discount will apply to your Fios Home Internet bill within 1-2 bill cycles.

You must have an active Verizon Value brand mobile plan to get the Verizon Value + Fios Discount.

If you purchased Verizon Fios Home Internet before 9/3/26:

1. Visit our Verizon Value + Fios Internet plan page. 
2. Make your Verizon Value Brand plan selection.
3. Enter your ZIP code
4. Enter the number of lines you want.
5. Select add to cart.
6. Select your device(s) and proceed to checkout.
7. Follow the prompts to set up an online account.
8. Activate your device(s). 
9. Complete number transfer from the other carrier - if applicable.

Once you activate your device(s), we’ll email you the required enrollment steps. It can take 1-2 payment cycles for your Verizon Value + Fios Discount to appear on your Fios Home Internet bill.

My Verizon app:

1. Navigate to the myAccess tab.
2. Select the Keep Track of it All section.

No, canceling either service disqualifies your account from the Verizon Value + Fios Discount and benefits.

You'll no longer get the $15/month discount on your home internet bill.

Only select Verizon Value mobile phone and Fios Home Internet plans are eligible. If you change to a a new Fios plan on or after 9/3/26, you will lose your discount.

If your Verizon Value and Fios Home Internet plans are suspended, your Verizon Value + Fios Discount is removed. If you reactivate service, you must re-enroll in the discount.

If you change ownership of the Verizon Value plan or Fios Home Internet plan, the discount won’t continue.

If you're still eligible for the Verizon Value + Fios Discount, you must enroll in the Verizon Value + Fios Discount.
