With Pro On the Go same-day delivery and setup, your eligible device will be delivered, activated and set up by an expert when you purchase a new device on Verizon.com.

Pro On the Go same-day delivery and setup is included with:

• Verizon Mobile Protect
• Verizon Mobile Protect Multi-Device
• Mobile Secure
• Mobile Secure Multi-Device

As part of the setup process, an expert can:

• Activate and set up your new device
• Show you how your new device works
• Share tips and tricks so you can get the most out of your new device

They can also help you:

• Get your web-based email set up
• Get connected to Wi-Fi
• Connect your Bluetooth® devices and more

Same day delivery and setup is included with:

• Verizon Mobile Protect
• Verizon Mobile Protect Multi-Device
• Mobile Secure
• Mobile Secure Multi-Device

It's available for new devices purchased on Verizon.com, in select locations, subject to purchase time, device availability, customer location and expert availability.

If available, the Pro On the Go same-day delivery and setup option will be presented to you at the time of device purchase.

If you're eligible for Pro On the Go same-day delivery and setup, this option will be presented to you at the time of device purchase. If an order is placed after 3 PM local time, you may see delivery options for the following day.

If you're eligible for Pro On the Go same-day delivery and setup, this option will be presented to you at the time of device purchase. You'll be presented with available times during the order process on Verizon.com.

If you're eligible for Pro On the Go, you can have your order delivered and set up at your home, work or even a coffee shop.

If there's no one at the delivery address specified on the order, an attempt will be made to contact you at the phone number entered when you placed your order. If no one is available to accept delivery after calling you, your order will be returned and a refund will be processed.

Somebody 18 years or older in your household will need to be present and sign for the order.
