What info do I need to provide?
Your name, service address, email address and contact number. That’s it.
Do I need to pay for equipment?
Yes, a router is required. Purchase the Fios Quantum Gateway router for just $199.99 and your first month is on us- we'll apply up to a $79.99 account credit for your first month when you purchase a Verizon router. Or, you can use your own compatible router (Fios tech support not available for personal routers).
How do I pay for my services?
You prepay for your charges in full 30 days in advance of use. We will provide an online account where you can view statements and make payments on My Verizon. We will send reminders about a week before the end of the month – before your service expires. You can renew your service at any time by making a payment prior to your expiration date. Your payment can be made online, on the app, at Verizon Fios kiosks, in store, or via phone.
What Fios services are available?
All Fios Home Internet plans are available.
Can I get prepaid Fios TV or phone?
No, they are available for purchase separately. See all deals.
What payment methods are accepted?
Most major debit cards, Visa or Mastercard Prepaid Cards, and cash are accepted. No checks or ACH transfers are permitted. You can enroll in AutoPay as long as you have a valid debit card on file, pay with a debit or credit card online or go to one of our payment kiosk locations and pay with cash.
How do I connect and setup my internet service?
Self-install is the easiest way to setup your service quickly and at your convenience. You can purchase a Fios Quantum Gateway online and pick it up at select store locations or have it shipped directly to you. It includes simple instructions for setting up your service.
