Equipped with remote diagnostics tools, agents can help detect and clear viruses, improve performance with a slow PC, and get all of the customer's non-Verizon devices connected and working correctly. Tech Support Pro doesn't cover the equipment provided by Verizon for use with Verizon services.

How do I Learn More about Verizon Tech Support Pro?

This product is no longer available and has been replaced with Verizon TechSure. Verizon Tech Support Pro customers may continue to use Verizon Tech Support Pro, however, if you cancel the service, you would not be able to resubscribe.
