Verizon Family - Remove Minute Limits
Here's how to remove minute limits from a Dependent's device using the Guardian app on your smartphone or tablet.
To perform the steps below, you need to:
- Ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the parent device.
- Sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
- Ensure the Dependent's device is powered off prior to adding or removing limits.
- From the Verizon Family Guardian app, tap theFamily Profiles tab.
- Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
- From the Parental Controls section, tapRestrict usage.
- TapCall limits.This option is unavailable for lines on the justkids plan or Android tablets.
- TapRemove limit(bottom).
