Remove Minute LimitsGive your child unrestricted calling access when they need it. Quickly remove minute limits from their device right from the Verizon Family app.
Before you begin
Ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the parent device.
Sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
Ensure the child's device is powered off prior to adding or removing limits.
Steps
- Open the Verizon Family Guardian app.
- Tap theFamily Profiles tab.
- Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
- From the Parental Controls section, tapRestrict usage.
- TapCall limits.This option is unavailable for lines on the justkids plan or Android tablets.
- TapRemove limit.
