One Talk Portal - Purchase Hunt Group

Here's how to purchase a Hunt Group to ring to a designated group of users via the One Talk portal.
Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
Incoming calls to a company hunt group line rings to a group of users as defined by the admin. There are four ring sequences for the company to use (refer to One Talk - View / Manage Hunt Group for more info on ring sequences).
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage
     (top of screen).
  3. Mouse over
    Product Portals
     then click
    One Talk
    .
    If necessary, click
    View all
    .
    Click One Talk
  4. Click
    Manage features
    .
  5. From the 'Manage Features' screen, click
    Hunt Group
    .
  6. From the 'Manage Hunt groups' page, click
    Purchase Hunt Group
     (upper-right).
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the desired transaction.
