Verizon Cloud - Prepaid Android Smartphone - Back Up Contacts

Here's how to back up contacts using Verizon Cloud on your prepaid Android smartphone.

For prepaid devices, Verizon Cloud only backs up or restores contacts. They can only be viewed from the 'Contacts' or 'People' app on the device.

Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date on your Android™ smartphone as the steps below apply to the most recent version.

Open the

Verizon Cloud app

Tap the

Settings icon

(upper-right).

Tap

What to Back Up and Sync

Select

Contacts

then tap the

Back arrow icon

(upper-left).

Selected when a checkmark is present.

Tap

Home

(at the bottom).

While on the Home screen, tap

Upload now

(upper-right).
