Personalizing the Home screen on your Galaxy J3 Eclipse / Galaxy J3 Mission makes daily tasks easier. Add, remove, or arrange apps, use widgets, or set a wallpaper that matches your style.

  1. Touch and hold the appropriate app.
  2. Drag the icon to the preferred Home screen location then release.
    For the app to be successfully added, there must be enough space within the selected Home screen. If needed, more Home screen panels may be added.

  2. Touch and hold a widget and drag to the preferred Home screen.
    For the widget to be successfully added, there must be enough space within the selected Home screen. If needed, more Home screen panels may be added.
  3. If applicable, select additional options to activate the widget.
    Options vary depending on the type of widget.
  1. Drag the shortcut onto another shortcut (e.g. Email) then release.
    A folder containing the shortcuts is created (titled Folder). To rename the folder:
    1. Tap a folder Folder icon.
    2. Tap the
      Title bar
      located at the top of the open folder.
    3. Edit or enter the folder name then tap
      Done
      .
  2. To remove a folder, drag the app(s) out of an existing folder until the folder disappears.
  1. Drag the item onto 'Remove shortcut' Remove icon at the top of the screen then release.
  1. Open the
    Gallery app

  2. Tap the preferred picture.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
    3-dot menu icon.
    If necessary, tap the screen to display the options.
  4. Tap
    Set as wallpaper
    .
  5. Tap one of the following:
    • Home screen
    • Lock screen
    • Home and lock screens
  6. Adjust the crop frame as desired then tap
    SET AS WALLPAPER
