Broadband Hotspot Policy Management - Verizon MDM (BuSS)

Here's how to manage policies for Verizon MDM (BuSS).
  • Verizon MDM content displayed and the ability to modify or update content may vary based on policy, role, or permissions.
  • Due to a number of features that require HTML 5, Verizon MDM requires Internet Explorer version 10 and above to work efficiently.
  1. From the Home screen, hover over
    Manage
     then click
    All Policies
     from the dropdown menu.
    The Policy menu allows admins to manage all device policies.
    The Policy Dashboard displays the number of policies created and assigned to devices.

  2. From the Policies screen, view all created policies.
    Policies can be sorted by clicking the Item Name header or by using the Filter menu on the left side of the page.

  3. Click
    Policy Assignments
     to display the number of policies assigned to devices.

  4. Click the
    Add Policy button
     (upper-right) to access the policy creation page.
  5. From the policy creation page, search or filter by policy type or device platform.

  6. Click the desired policy type to open its configuration page then enter the configuration details (e.g., Wi-Fi, blacklisting, whitelisting, Events & Actions, etc.).

  7. Click the
    Create icon
     Save icon to save the policy.
    After a policy is created, it can be assigned to groups.
