Here's how to turn HD Voice on / off for your Galaxy J3 Eclipse / Galaxy J3 Mission.
If you turn off HD Voice (Advanced Calling), you won't be able to make or receive calls on the Verizon cellular network.
  2. Open the
    Settings app

  3. Navigate:
    Connections
    Advanced calling
    .
  4. Tap
    Advanced calling
    .
  5. Tap the
    Advanced Calling switch
     to turn on or off.
  6. If presented with a confirmation screen, tap
    OK
