Manage International Plan and View Usage

Stay connected while traveling internationally. Use the My Verizon app to add or adjust international plans and check usage for your prepaid account.

Before you begin

Changes to these items may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.

Add, Update or Remove a Travel Plan

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-line Menu
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Account
    My Plan
    .
  4. Tap the
    International tab
     then do any of the following:
    • Add or update a travel plan:
      1. Tap
        Add plan
         or
        Explore plans
        .
      2. Select the applicable plan then tap
        Next
        .
      3. Follow the on screen guide to confirm your destination(s) and travel dates.
      4. Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions then tap
        Enable
         or
        Confirm
        .
    • Remove a travel plan:
      1. Tap the current travel plan to be removed.
      2. Tap
        Disable
         or
        Remove
        .
      3. Tap
        Confirm
        .

View International Usage

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-line Menu
    then tap
    Data Hub
    .
  3. Tap the
    International tab
     to review the international activity.
