Remove Purchase Limits

If you're ready to update your dependent's purchasing privileges, follow this quick guide to removing purchase limits via the Verizon Family Guardian app.

Before you begin

To perform the steps below, you need to:
  • ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the Guardian's device.
  • sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
  • ensure the Dependent's device is powered off before adding or removing limits.

Steps

  1. From the Verizon Family Guardian app, tap the
    Family Profiles Tab

  2. Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
  3. From the Parental Controls section, tap
    Restrict usage
    .
  4. Tap
    Purchase limits
    .
  5. Tap
    Remove limit
    .
