Manage Visual Voicemail MessagesKeep your inbox organized and manage your messages efficiently. Easily check, reply to, save, call back, and delete Visual Voicemail messages right from your ASUS smartphone.
Before you begin
Ensure your Visual Voicemail is active.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your ASUS smartphone or from another phone.
You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.
Steps
- Open theVoicemail app.
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the3-dot Menuthen tapRefresh.
- Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.
- To play a message, tap thePlay icon.
- To place a call back, tapCallback.
- To reply to a message:
- TapReply.
- SelectText MessageorEmail.
- Follow the onscreen prompts then tapSend.
- To forward a message:
- TapForward.
- SelectMessageorEmail.
- Follow on the onscreen prompts then tapSend.
- To delete a message, tapDelete.
- To delete multiple messages:
- TapSelect multiplethen tap theMenu.
- Select any additional messages you'd like to delete then tap theMenu.
- TapDeletethen tapOK.
