LG G7 ThinQ - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)

Here's how to reset your G7 ThinQ if it has a blank or frozen screen or calling, app, audio and syncing issues.
Perform a factory data reset on your LG G7 ThinQ only if necessary as it removes your Google™ account and all data including system data, app data and media.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
An alternate reset method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Restart & reset
    .
  3. Tap
    Factory data reset
    .
  4. Tap
    RESET PHONE
    .
If presented, enter the current unlock pattern, PIN or password.
  5. If preferred, select to have content on the SD card erased as well.
  6. Tap
    Delete all
    .
Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
If applicable, set up your device. If troubleshooting third-party apps, disable the Automatic Restore option.
