Here's how to place a phone call from your Galaxy J7 V / Galaxy J7 (2nd Gen.).

From a Home screen, tap the

Phone icon

(lower-left).

If unavailable, swipe up then tap

Phone

From the Keypad tab, enter a 10-digit number then tap the

Call icon

To place a call from the Contacts list, tap

Contacts

(lower-right), tap the desired contact then tap the

Call icon
