Verizon Cloud - Android - Create a Profile

Creating a Verizon Cloud profile on your Android™ allows you to recover access to your Cloud account if you get locked out.

Open the

Verizon Cloud app

Do one of the following:

If prompted with a profile registration message, tap

Tap the

Settings icon

then tap

Edit Profile

Enter an email address then tap

Continue

If prompted, complete the CAPTCHA steps then tap

VERIFY

Enter the PIN provided in the verification email then tap

Continue

Enter a User ID and Greeting Name.

Enter and confirm the password then tap

Done

Tap
