moto e5 go - Adjust Account Sync Settings

Here's how to view and adjust sync settings on your moto e5 go if you're not receiving email and app notifications.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Users & accounts
    .
  3. Tap the account.
  4. Tap
    Account sync
    .
  5. Turn the sync settings on or off as applicable.
    The settings presented vary depending upon account type.
    To turn on master sync for all account types:
    1. Navigate:
      Settings
      Users & accounts
      .
    2. Tap the
      Automatically sync data switch
       to turn on.
