Use the My Verizon website to change your service plan.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Account Manager.
  2. Navigate:
    Account
    My plan
    Plan overview
    .
  3. From the Plan section, select
    Change plan
    .
  4. Select the desired plan.
  5. Choose your perks then select
    Continue
    .
  6. If necessary, choose
    Change plan
     and repeat steps 4 & 5 for all remaining lines on the account.
  7. If prompted, choose
    Select effective date
     then select the desired option.
  8. Review the changes then select
    Confirm
    .
    If changing to the Simplicity Plan, review and accept the terms then select
    Change to Verizon Simplicity Plan
