Here's how to change your plan via the My Verizon website.
- From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Account Manager.Plans can also be managed anytime via the My Verizon app.
- From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:.AccountMy planChange plan
- From the Your plan section, select one of the following options:Options vary based on the current plan and number of lines.
- To switch to a new unlimited plan:
- In the Change your plan section, selectGet started.
- If necessary, clickSelect plannext to the appropriate line.
- ClickSelectunder the recommended plan you want for that device.If available, selectCustomizeto review details then selectContinue.If no plan recommendation is provided, select the desired plan then selectContinue.
- If you're already on an unlimited myPlan:
- ClickExplore other plansunder Data.
- Select the desired plan then clickContinue.
- From the Choose your perks page, do one of the following:
- Select the switch to turn the perk(s) on then selectContinue.Some subscriptions offer multiple options. Select the desired subscription if necessary.
- SelectContinue without perksto manage perks at a later time.
- If necessary, selectChange planand repeat steps 2-4 for all remaining lines on the account.
- If prompted, select your preferred Auto Pay and paper-free billing option then clickEnroll Now.To learn more about Auto Pay and paper-free billing or to sign up later, visit this link.
- From the Review your plan changes screen, clickSelect effective datethen select the desired option (First day of next bill cycle, First day of this bill cycle, Today).Options vary by plan.
- Review the changes then clickConfirm.
