Cancel Apple Music Subscription

If you no longer want to use Apple Music®, you can easily cancel your subscription through the My Verizon app. This helps you manage your services and avoid unwanted charges.

Before you begin

Managing Apple Music isn't available in the My Verizon app on Apple devices unless included in your plan. Refer to Cancel Apple Music Subscription - My Verizon Website to manage your subscription through a browser.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. From the Me tab, navigate:
    Manage products & plan perks
    Apple Music
    .
  3. Tap
    Unsubscribe
     below the applicable number.
  4. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions then tap
    Confirm
    .
