Add / Manage Verizon Cloud Subscription - My Verizon Website
Here's how to add, change, or remove a Verizon Cloud subscription via the My Verizon website.
- From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon using a user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.To add or manage the Cloud Perk, refer to My Verizon Website - Manage Perks.
- From the Account Overview screen, selectServices & perksthen do one of the following:
- If no lines on the account have Verizon Cloud, navigate:.
- If Verizon Cloud is already active on the account, navigate:then select 'Enroll' or 'Change' next to a line.
- If prompted, select 'Just this line' or 'Multiple lines'.
- Select the desired option (e.g., Unlimited Group, Unlimited Individual, etc.) then selectContinue.If 'Remove' is selected, the Verizon Cloud subscription for that line is canceled and existing content is archived for 30 days. Service and content can be restored by enrolling the line in a new Verizon Cloud subscription and contacting Verizon Customer Service within 30 days.
- To continue, check the box next to 'I accept the Terms & Conditions' then selectConfirm.
- If applicable, select the appropriate line(s), then selectSend.A download link is sent directly to the Android™ or Apple® device for the Verizon Cloud app.
