Battery Basics
Battery life depends on the network, signal strength, temperature, features and accessories used.
It's common for batteries to be warm from use or charging.
Only use manufacturer-approved charging accessories to avoid potential damage to the device and/or battery.
Charging Port
USB Type-C cables are reversible, meaning that there is no way to plug the cable into the port upside down.
MicroUSB cables can't be used and may damage the port if used.
The use of Type-C adapters isn't recommended.
If Device Won't Power On
Use the provided wall charger then wait at least 1-2 mins to allow the device to charge.
If the device does not seem to charge with the provided AC charger, connect a USB cable to a different AC charger (if available). If the device charges under this configuration, the provided AC charger needs to be replaced.
