My Verizon App - Unsubscribe from Identity Secure

Here's how to unsubscribe from Identity Secure via the My Verizon app.
  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member).
  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
    then tap the
    Account tab
    .
    If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, you can also visit the My Verizon website to manage your Identity Secure subscription.
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
  2. Navigate:
    Services & perks
    Manage service & perks
    Identity Secure
    .
  3. Tap
    Remove
    next to the desired line.
  4. Select
    Remove
    then tap
    Continue
    .
  5. To continue, check the box next to 'I accept the Terms & Conditions' then tap
    Confirm
    .
    Changes may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
