 Set Up Family Line Voicemail

Set up a shared Family Line Voicemail box so you can stay on top of your messages wherever you are.

Before you begin

Ensure the Verizon Family app is installed on the Guardian's device.
Sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.

Steps

    Chat / Call tab

  3. Tap the
    Voicemail tab
    .
  4. Tap
    Set up voicemail
    .
  5. Follow the instructions for choosing the language options then press the
    # key
     to confirm the choice.
  6. When prompted, enter the 4-7 digit password then press the
    # key

  7. When prompted, say the signature (or name) then press the
    # key
    .
  8. To confirm the signature (or name), press the
    # key
    .
  9. When prompted, say the greeting then press the
    # key
    .
  10. To confirm the greeting, press the
    # key
    .
