Verizon Ellipsis 7 - Add / Remove a Wi-Fi Network

Here's how to connect to a Wi-Fi network or remove a saved connection on your Ellipsis 7 tablet.
  1. Open the
    Apps icon
     on your Verizon Ellipsis® 7.
  2. Tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Ensure Wi-Fi switch is ON.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Connect to an available Wi-Fi network:
      1. Tap the preferred Wi-Fi network.
      2. If presented, enter the appropriate Password then tap
        Connect
        .
        To view the password as it's being entered, tap
        Show password
        .
        If you're unable to connect to Wi-Fi, refer to the Device Won't Connect to Wi-Fi section of Troubleshooting Common Issues - Verizon Ellipsis 7.
    • Manually connect to a Wi-Fi network:
      1. Tap the
        Add icon +
        .
      2. From the Network SSID field, enter the appropriate name.
      3. From the Security field, tap the
        Dropdown menu
         Drop down menu icon.
      4. Tap one of the following security options (e.g., None, WEP, etc.).
      5. From the Password field, enter the appropriate password.
      6. Ensure additional settings (e.g., EAP method, Phase 2 authentication, CA certificate, etc.) are configured appropriately (if applicable) then tap
        Save
        .
    • Remove a Wi-Fi connection:
      1. Tap the Wi-Fi network.
      2. Tap
        Forget network
        .
