Here's how to save a Visual Voicemail message on your LG phone.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voicemail app.
    If necessary, tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, touch and hold a message.
  3. Tap
    Save
    .
  4. Tap
    OK
    .
    To change the file name:
    1. Tap
      Rename
      .
    2. Edit the file name then tap
      OK
