Why can't I record a program from the Search menu?

You can only record a program from Search if there is guide data for that particular program. If there is no guide data available, you can:

 

  • Record the program by finding it in the TV Listings of the Media Guide.

  • Navigate through the TV Listings of the Media Guide to the day and time the program is scheduled to air. Wait for the guide data to load, then go back and search for the program. You will now be able to record the program from Search.
