One Talk Portal - View Lines & Devices Summary

Here's how to view your account's device summary via the One Talk portal.
Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage
    (top of screen).
  3. Mouse over
    Product Portals
    then click
    One Talk
    .
    If necessary, click
    View all
    .
    Click One Talk
  4. From the 'I want to' section, click
    Manage lines and devices
    .
  5. If necessary, select the desired group from the dropdown menu then click the
    Devices tab
    .
  6. Click the desired phone number in the left column.
  7. View pertinent data.
