My Verizon app - Device Payment Plan - Complete a Payoff

Here's how to complete a device payment agreement via the My Verizon app.
  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  • Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member).
  1. Open the My Verizon app then tap the
    Account tab
    .
    If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.
    If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, you can also visit the My Verizon website to manage your account.
  2. Tap
    Manage all devices
    .
  3. Tap
    Manage
     below the appropriate mobile number.
  4. From the Device Payment Agreement section, tap
    Pay off device
    .
    The entire remaining balance needs to be paid in full.
  5. From the Pay off Device screen, review the info then tap
    Pay off device
    .
  6. Review the 'Here's what you need to know' info then tap
    Continue
    .
  7. From the How would you like to pay screen, ensure payment type is selected then tap
    Continue
    .
  8. Enter your card's three-digit security code then tap
    Continue
    .
  9. From the Review Payment Details screen, review the info then tap
    Confirm
    .
  10. From the 'Congrats. Your device has been paid off' screen, tap
    Got it
    .
