Here's how to manage your profile, edit your User ID and update your address via the Verizon Home app.

Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.

Open the

Verizon Home app

If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.

Tap the

More tab

Tap

Account settings

From the Profile section, select any of the following:

User ID

Enter the desired username.

Tap

Update

Contact info

From the 'Tell us about yourself' screen, tap any of the following fields to make changes:

Billing address

Greeting name

Email address

Primary contact number

Alternate contact number

Tap

Update

Password

Tap the following fields to enter the appropriate info:

Current password

Enter new password

Re-enter new password

Tap

Update
