Yes, minute usage will apply for the minutes used during the call to 411 Search, according to your plan. You'll also be charged the standard $2.99 fee for a 411 call.
If you're successfully transferred to another number, minute usage will also apply for this second call according to your plan, as if you'd hung up with 411 and called the number yourself. However, if the transfer to another number is unsuccessful, minute usage won't apply for this second call.
