Pick up your online order at a Verizon store FAQs

If you have a Verizon account, and you make an online or in-app purchase, Locker*, Curbside and In-Store pickup options may be available:

• Locker pickup - Confirm the locker hours on our store locator.
• Curbside or Doorside Pickup - Park in a designated spot and a Retail Specialist brings your order to you. Or we can bring your order to the store door.
• In-Store Pickup - Come in during store hours to pick up your order. Or schedule an appointment to pick up your purchase.

Pickup options depend on what you order, how long you've had a Verizon account, and which store you choose.

Note: You can choose one Verizon store per order to pick up your items. Orders can't be split for pickup at different stores.

*Locker Pickup requires that you've had an account with us for more than 30 days.

Your store pickup options depend on the item, your location and  your Verizon account status:

• Some items aren't eligible for store pickup.
• Pre-order and backorder items aren't eligible for pickup at this time.
• Some items may not be available near you.
• You may be in an area that doesn't have pickup options.
• Currently, locker, curbside and doorside pickup require that you have an existing Verizon mobile account.
• Locker Pickup requires that you've had an account with us for more than 30 days.
• Doorside pickup isn't available for accessory-only orders.

When your order is ready we text or email you at the address or number you provided. We include the details you need to make your pickup.

Important:

• Be sure to wait until we let you know your order is ready.
• The Account Owner or Account Manager must be present at pickup.

The Account Owner or Account Manager must be present at pickup and must bring:

• A valid government-issued photo ID.
• The physical credit card or debit card used to place the order online.

If you chose Locker Pickup for your order, you have 3 days to pick up your order. Items not picked up within 3 days are automatically canceled. You should receive a refund within 3-5 business days.

To make a Locker pick up at a Verizon store:

1. You get a message from us when your order is ready.
2. Go to the locker location. You see a display screen.
3. Confirm your credentials using My Verizon app or from the order pickup message we sent to your smartphone:
   1. Enter the order phone number.
   2. Authenticate your identity using the My Verizon app or text message links.
4. The locker containing your order unlocks. Look at the display screen on the locker wall to find out which locker is yours.

Here's how to make your at-store pickup:

1. You get a message from us when your order is ready.
2. When you get to the store door or a designated Curbside Pickup spot, check in with the link we sent to your phone.
3. A Retail Specialist brings your order to you.
4. Once your delivery is completed, you get an "Order Picked Up" email confirming the items you received.

Important: Items not picked up within 3 days are automatically canceled. You should receive a refund within 3-5 business days.

You can pick up your order from the participating Verizon store or Authorized Retailer that you selected online during the order process. When you arrive, let us know you're there for an In-Store Pickup.

Note: Your order confirmation email will have recommended next steps to follow.

Use My Verizon app to simplify managing your orders.

You can cancel your order at the My Orders page in My Verizon.

No. You can't make changes to a store pickup order once it is placed. However:

• If you don't pick up your order by the end of the third day after we notified you, we cancel your order and issue you a refund.
• You can return or exchange unwanted items in the store. Read our Return Policy.
