Pick up your online order at a Verizon store FAQs

Your store pickup options depend on the item, your location and your Verizon account status:

• Some items aren't eligible for store pickup.
• Pre-order and backorder items aren't eligible for pickup at this time.
• Some items may not be available near you.
• You may be in an area that doesn't have pickup options.
• Locker Pickup requires that you have an existing Verizon mobile account with us and it's been active for more than 30 days.

When your order is ready we text or email you at the address or number you provided. We include the details you need to make your pickup.

Important:

• Be sure to wait until we let you know your order is ready.
• The Account Owner or Account Manager must be present at pickup.

The Account Owner or Account Manager must be present at pickup and must bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

If you chose Locker Pickup for your order, you have 3 days to pick up your order. Items not picked up within 3 days are automatically canceled. You should receive a refund within 3-5 business days.

To make a Locker pick up at a Verizon store:

1. You get a message from us when your order is ready.
2. Go to the locker location. You see a display screen.
3. Confirm your credentials using My Verizon app or from the order pickup message we sent to your smartphone:
   1. Enter the order phone number.
   2. Authenticate your identity using the My Verizon app or text message links.
4. The locker containing your order unlocks. Look at the display screen on the locker wall to find out which locker is yours.

You can pick up your order from the participating Verizon store or Authorized Retailer that you selected online during the order process. When you arrive, let us know you're there for an In-Store Pickup.

Note: Your order confirmation email will have recommended next steps to follow.

Use My Verizon app to manage your orders.

You can cancel your order at the My Orders page in My Verizon.

No, you can't make changes to a store pickup order once it is placed. However:

• If you don't pick up your order by the end of the third day after we notified you, we'll cancel your order and issue you a refund.
• You can return or exchange unwanted items in the store. Read our Return Policy.
