If you are not currently enrolled in a Verizon Family subscription, you are automatically subscribed to an eligible $0 tier at no additional cost.

From the Verizon Family app Welcome screen, tap

Get Started

If prompted, tap

, enter your My Verizon user ID and password then tap

If your My Verizon password is unknown, it can be reset.

Follow the onscreen prompts to log in.

View or monitor your Verizon Family subscription in the mobile app at any time.
