Standalone Terms of Service

Your internet service is governed by the limitation of liability for service and equipment, and the settlement of disputes by arbitration. Your discounts are linked to the contract term plan you've selected. If you remove or change your service, your discounts may be affected. The plan you are selecting includes a 24 month commitment, and a prorated early termination fee of $165 applies if you disconnect early. You can cancel within the first 30 days without an early termination fee.
