Verizon was one of the first companies to offer benefits to same-sex couples decades ago and now provides benefits to married same-sex couples in states where same-sex marriage is legal, and to same-sex domestic partnerships in states where it is not.

Verizon will host its 6th annual Black History Month open house for guests of all ages at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum in downtown Baltimore on Saturday (Feb. 28). The event is free and open to the public.
