3.3.21: Verizon declares quarterly dividend

BASKING RIDGE, N.J. - The Board of Directors at Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) today declared a quarterly dividend of 62.75 cents per outstanding share, unchanged from the previous two quarters. The quarterly dividend is payable on May 3, 2021, to Verizon shareholders of record at the close of business on April 9, 2021. Verizon has approximately 4.1 billion shares of common stock outstanding. The company made $10.23 billion in cash dividend payments in 2020.
