“Today is a really big day for us.”
So says the off-screen voice in the new spot describing Verizon’s 5G Nationwide Ultra wideband network*.
That voice should know. It belongs to Verizon Engineer Arlenny Valle, part of the real-life team installing the blazingly-fast network.
As Arlenny explains, “Today we’re turning on 5G across the country.”
Verizon Ultra wideband is the fastest 5G network in the world. “Twenty-five times faster than today’s 4G networks.” says Arlenny. “Twenty-five times! Yeah. It’s pretty incredible.”
Watching the spot, it’s hard not to get excited about how phones and lives will be transformed, especially seeing shots of the many different landscapes across the country, accompanied by the catchy “5G Frontier' song performed by Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings.
