Get emergency alerts sent to you.
Make sure you receive Verizon Emergency Notification System (VENS) notifications.
When there's an incident in your location or other emergency, you will want to stay in the know with the Verizon Emergency Notification System (VENS).
You can opt-in to receive emergency VENS SMS messages by voluntarily adding your mobile phone numbers and home email address to your WorkDay Profile. By doing so, you consent to its use by Verizon Emergency Notification System (operated by third-party vendor Onsolve located in the US) to contact you by text, email, or voice during significant emergency situations. U.S. SMS Messages will be sent via our 52200 Short Code. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To opt-out, delete your personal contact information from your WorkDay Profile or reply "STOP" to the SMS Short Code 52200.
Verizon is committed to safeguarding your personal data. Your private personal contact information will not be visible in Verizon’s internal directory systems and will not be shared for any other purpose.
