VZPulse is back! Starting February 1, for the next twelve days, we, the V Teamers, have an opportunity to continue the conversation on what it takes to make Verizon a top place to work.

It’s a perfect time to reflect on how we want to shape our future as we set up expectations with our leaders, colleagues, and partners on what we’re going to deliver in 2021, and how it will support our business.

We got off to a great start in 2020. As we move forward together on our journey from great to fantastic, we don’t settle for good; we want to reach higher and achieve more.

So here are a few things to know about this quarter’s survey.

  • Getting to the top is about having a continued conversation. We dive deeper to connect what we uncovered before with additional findings. Again, these findings help inform quality actions that can make a difference in the future.
  • It’s short and easy. Answering just a few questions will take just a few minutes. This quarter, you’ll have an opportunity to provide comments.
  • It’s private and confidential. Only aggregate results are shared with leaders. Leaders must have at least five survey responses to see any results at all and cannot drill down into personally identifiable responses. Also, as part of our contractual relationship, Gallup does not share any information provided by Verizon.
  • It’s hard to miss. There are several ways to find the survey link. Look for an email from Gallup at support@mail.gallup.com. It’s an external message with the [E] in the subject line. You can also access your survey invitation via your “To Dos” on VZWeb or via text messages sent to work devices. Verizon Media can access the survey via the Gallup tile in Okta. Builders must be logged in to the ANyConnect VPN app.

Going forward, we will see more short, focused and relevant surveys like this. And the benchmarking VZPulse+ will be back in May. Don’t miss a chance to share your voice. It’s up to us, the V Team, to help realize our greatest ambitions.
