Verizon secures agreement with Array Digital Infrastructure to enhance 5G network flexibility and customer experience
Multi-year deal streamlines collocation on towers nationwide, drives cost efficiency, and provides network agility for future growth
NEW YORK and CHICAGO – Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) and Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. (Array℠, NYSE: AD) today announced a new strategic partnership. The agreement will utilize Array’s national portfolio of towers to enhance Verizon's 5G network, directly supporting Verizon's goal of delivering a more robust and responsive experience for its customers.
Under the multi-year deal, Verizon has the ability to collocate on a significant number of new Array sites over the next several years. The agreement establishes a streamlined pricing structure on these new sites, providing greater cost efficiency and long-term stability.
