Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is required. Courses are available for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
Who created the courses?
Our courses are developed by leading AI and training providers, including OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, and IBM SkillsBuild.
How long do courses take?
It depends on the course. Some courses take as little as 15 minutes, while others offer more in-depth learning experiences. You can learn at your own pace and start, pause, or pick back up whenever it works for you.
What do I get when I finish a course?
You’ll earn industry-recognized course completion and, in some cases, certificates, as noted on the site. These can be added to your resume or portfolio. These credentials can require a fee elsewhere, but are completely free here.
Do all courses have a certificate?
You can earn a certificate by completing most course series. While individual courses vary, many still offer credentials or basic completion badges. Just look for the clear certificate label in the course details to see what’s included.
I’ve registered—when should I start, and what happens if I’m inactive?
We’re excited to support your AI learning journey! You can begin taking courses immediately. We encourage you to start your first course within 30 days of registering. Please note that accounts inactive for an extended period may have their licenses revoked and reallocated to other learners.
Why are courses subject to change without notice?
Course availability depends on our agreements and scheduling with external content providers. As provider catalogs and licensing partnerships evolve, specific courses or offerings may be updated, added, or removed.
How often is new content added?
We regularly update our course catalog with new content. Check back often to see what's new.
