No. Apple Music promotional subscriptions are available through Verizon only with phone lines that have eligible mobile phone plans.

Yes. New Mexico residents are not eligible to bill third-party charges to their account, but can get Apple Music with eligible plans.

For New Mexico residents subscribed to the 6-month promotion, Apple Music automatically cancels at the end of the promotional period.

If your plan lets you get either an included or 6 months on us Apple Music subscription, you currently have until 11/30/25 to enroll.

Eligible Account Owners or Account Managers can enroll in Apple Music in My Verizon from their computer or mobile device. Just follow the prompts to enroll.

Each eligible phone line gets a text message within 24 hours of signing up. Tap the link in the text to download Apple Music on Android or to open Apple Music on iPhone.

Yes. You can still get an Apple Music promotional subscription with your Verizon plan even if you’re already subscribed through Apple.

Once you redeem the Verizon promotional subscription and link your Apple ID, you'll be prompted within the Apple Music app to cancel one of your subscriptions. Canceling with Apple will continue your Apple Music subscription through Verizon.

No, when you cancel your existing subscription your music and playlists carry over automatically as long as you sign in with the same Apple ID.

Yes, if you log in to iTunes® or the Music app with the Apple ID that's getting Apple Music from Verizon, you can access your saved music and playlists.

Yes, Android smartphones are eligible for Apple Music. Just download the Apple Music app onto your smartphone if you don't have it already.

No, a Number Share - Mobile line is not eligible for Apple Music from Verizon. Sign up for Apple Music using your smartphone line, then access Apple Music on your smartwatch.

Yes, you can enjoy Apple Music on your smartwatch when it's connected through Wi-Fi, or when using cellular service with Number Share - Mobile.

Your Apple Music subscription is included for as long as your line is on the eligible plan.

If you:

• Switch to a different plan - You'll be charged $10.99/line per month for your Apple Music subscription on your Verizon bill unless you cancel Apple Music before changing your plan.
• Decide to keep your Apple Music subscription after changing plans - You can cancel at any time.

You can find your subscription status by:

• Checking your Verizon mobile bill.
• In My Verizon website or the My Verizon app, go to your Services & perks page.

You'll also get an email and text from us 2 days before your promotion changes to a paid subscription.

You can only get the promotion once. After 6 months, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription if you don't cancel or switch to a plan that includes Apple Music. You'll be charged $10.99/line per month* on your Verizon mobile bill.

You'll see Apple Music on your Verizon bill under Services. During your promotional period, you'll see your subscription start and end date, without a charge. When your promotion ends, you'll see a $10.99 charge* for each line that keeps an Apple Music subscription.

If you suspend the smartphone line that has Apple Music:

• Your Apple Music promotion continues. When the promotion ends you're charged $10.99/line per month unless you cancel Apple Music (see Military exception below).
• For Military personnel, if you suspend your line, we cancel your subscription on month 7 to ensure you aren't charged $10.99/line per month when the promo ends. Military personnel will then need to opt-in again upon re-activation of the line to restart Apple Music.

If you cancel your Verizon service, your Apple Music promotional subscription will be canceled.

You can cancel your Apple Music subscription from your computer or mobile device in My Verizon.
