Connected Vehicle app FAQs

The Connected Vehicle app lets you subscribe to, monitor and get support for your Connected Car Wi-Fi or prepaid Connected Car Wi-Fi for all of your eligible vehicles, all in one place.*

Note: To manage your Connected Car Wi-Fi hotspot settings (e.g., Wi-Fi hotspot name, password, etc.), use your vehicle's screens and/or the vehicle manufacturer's mobile app.

The Connected Vehicle app is for use with Verizon’s Connected Car Wi-Fi service. Visit our Connected Car plans page for a list of vehicle models that are eligible to subscribe to Connected Car Wi-Fi.

No. The Connected Vehicle app isn't required to use the Connected Car Wi-Fi. However the app is the optimal way to subscribe to, monitor and get support for your Connected Car Wi-Fi.

To sign into the Connected Vehicle app:

• If you're a Verizon customer, you can securely sign in using your established login credentials.
• If you're not a Verizon customer, create Verizon login credentials by clicking Registration in the Connected Vehicle app.

Any vehicles associated with your account may be automatically added to the Connected Vehicle app. You can add more vehicles by clicking Add vehicle in the Connected Vehicle app.

When you add your vehicle information to the Connected Vehicle app:

• You can personalize your app experience.
• You can also differentiate between multiple vehicles if you have more than one.

To remove a vehicle from the Connected Vehicle app dashboard:

1. Open the Connected Vehicle app.
2. View the vehicle details.
3. Select Manage vehicle, then choose Remove vehicle.

Keep in mind that removing your vehicle from the app dashboard doesn't affect your Connected Car Wi-Fi service. To manage or cancel your subscription, contact us at 800-922-0204 and request "Connected Vehicle" when prompted.

To delete login credentials for one or more lines on your account, contact us at 800-922-0204. You might need to do this if you want to change which line is registered as the Account Owner.
