What is the cost to use Connected Car Wi-Fi?
If you have an Unlimited plan you can add Connected Car Wi-Fi for $20/month.
If you have a data-only plan you can add it for $10/month.
Connected Car Wi-Fi service is a line on your existing Verizon account. It will appear on your monthly bill and in My Verizon under My Devices.
Not with Verizon yet? Bentley, Lamborghini, Lexus, Mazda, Toyota, and Volkswagen customers can take advantage of our $20 Unlimited Prepaid plan by selecting the Prepaid option on the Connected Car plans page.

Can I transfer my Connected Car Wi-Fi line to another eligible vehicle?
No. You can't transfer a Connected Car Wi-Fi line to another vehicle.
You have to cancel your existing Connected Car Wi-Fi line of service and create a new one. To complete this process, click the Chat with us button at the bottom right corner of this page to contact one of our representatives.
How do I know my Connected Car Wi-Fi service is active?
Once you've added Connected Car Wi-Fi to your Verizon account, or created a new Verizon account with Connected Car Wi-Fi, connect a device to the Wi-Fi hotspot in your vehicle and check your internet connection.
Note: Always pay close attention to the road, don't use your device while driving, and don't drive when distracted.
How can I monitor data usage for Connected Car Wi-Fi?

How do I sign up for Verizon connectivity for my BMW?
Sign up for unlimited connectivity powered by Verizon for your BMW through the My BMW app.
If not already done, download the My BMW app. Sign in, click the Profile icon, scroll to 3rd Party Services and select Personal eSIM. Then follow the prompts to sign up.

What is Number Share - Vehicle and Multi-Vehicle Connect?
Easily switch between cars with Multi-Vehicle Connect: Access your data from up to 3 BMWs paired with your plan. Your plan is enabled when you log in to qualifying vehicles. You may be able to synchronize your BMW ID with your Personal eSIM in certain vehicles.
Your car is your phone with Number Share - Vehicle. Pair your BMW to your phone and your vehicle can receive and make voice calls on Verizon’s nationwide network without requiring your phone.
Now that I've purchased the service with Verizon, how do I complete the setup?
You can check and configure Hotspot settings and add devices using the Personal Hotspot app in the All Apps menu of the vehicle. You can then confirm the network name, set a password, and enable/disable the network. You can also refer to BMW’s Get Started Guide (PDF*) for instructions.
How do I unpair a BMW vehicle with my Verizon plan?
The customer can initiate profile deletion in the vehicle, or also delete their eSIM profile from the vehicle using the My BMW app.
