How to qualify and receive your codes:

  • Once you qualify, you’ll receive an email from Verizon when it’s time to redeem your Samsung promotion.   • You’ll have easy access to a Redeem Now link on your My Verizon account upon log in.
  • Once you click Redeem Now, you will be linked to the special Verizon and Samsung online store to claims your free Samsung Chromebook 3, or $200 towards the purchase of other great Samsung tech
  • It is important to note that you need to access this website from your My Verizon account or the My Fios App. You will not be able to save the link on your computer and type in a code for redemption
  • Sign in to My Verizon to see if your reward is ready to redeem and follow the onscreen instructions
  • Please be sure to redeem your Samsung promotion within 90 days from the date you received it from Verizon to avoid expiration.

How to redeem your Samsung promotion

  • Verizon and Samsung created a unique online experience just for you to redeem your Samsung promotional offer. In order to access the Samsung storefront, you must always select Redeem Now in your My Verizon account on your computer or tablet, or access the My Fios App on your Smartphone
  • When you’ve selected your product of choice from the Samsung online store, simply type your code into the Promotion Code section of the Samsung Shopping Cart to apply your code to your purchase
  • Your Samsung promotional offer is a single use coupon, meaning it is valid for a one-time transaction, regardless of the cost of the product. For example, if you choose a device less than $200 in value, you will not be able to apply the difference to another product
  • Once you have redeemed your Samsung promotional offer, Samsung will be your contact for any questions, returns, or cancellations. You may visit www.samsung.com/us/shop/fios for more information, or call Samsung customer service toll-free at 1.855.726.8721, seven days a week, 9 am - 9 pm est

Frequently Asked Qustions

  • Invalid Promotional Code / Code does not work
  • There are a few things to check first:

    • Did you access the Samsung storefront through your My Verizon Account or the My Fios App?
    • Did you copy and paste the code into the website and inadvertently leave a “Space” on the end?
    • Did you use the proper upper and lower cases when entering your redemption code”
    • Did you clear the cache/cookies from your browser session? You can also use an in-private browser session and attempt to redeem the code once more.
