Why am I experiencing slow internet speeds or data issues?

Slow internet or issues with your data like frequent disconnections or lag can be due to various factors, including network congestion, signal strength, or device settings. We recommend checking your device's network settings, ensuring you have the latest software updates, and restarting your device or router. You can also visit our network status page for known outages in your area or to submit a ticket if you're still having issues.

What should I do if my service is down or I'm experiencing an outage?

We understand that service disruptions can be frustrating. Verizon's team is committed to resolving outages as quickly as possible. Please check our network status page for real-time updates on outages in your area. You can also submit a ticket regarding an outage at the link above.

If your issue is not outage related, ensure your router is placed in a central location, away from obstructions and other electronic devices. Consider adding Whole-Home Wi-Fi if you have a large home or multiple floors. For mobile devices, moving to an area with better signal reception can help. You can also try restarting your modem and router or your device. Finally, try checking your network settings and ensure that everything is up to date.
