NEW YORK - Reliability is foundational to a superior network experience and it’s critical to delivering on the full possibilities of 5G. RootMetrics, the nation’s most rigorous and scientific network tester, has awarded Verizon as the most Reliable 5G Network in the United States. In their upcoming national 5G report, they recognized us for having the best 5G reliability in the overwhelming majority of US markets tested.

These results are a testament to our overall approach in building and maintaining our network, knowing that our customers have come to expect consistently high performance and reliable connectivity. It’s also why we’re proud our customers rated us best for overall network quality 28 times in a row in the latest J.D. Power Wireless Network Quality Study.

And now this superior 5G reliability experience is available to more customers. Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband network is available to more than 100 million people. Nearly one in three Americans are able to experience the transformative speed, reliability and power of 5G Ultra Wideband on the go, or at their homes or business.

Additionally, more than 20 million households have access to game-changing home wireless broadband, and more than 2 million businesses are covered with 5G Business Internet service.

Our customers are already taking advantage of the blazing fast speeds and award-winning reliability of our 5G Ultra Wideband network. We’re seeing a 73% increase in 5G usage on our network nationwide. And our customers are seeing improved performance as well with our recent expansion of 5G Ultra Wideband. According to Ookla data reported by PC Magazine, our 5G speeds have increased more than 50% in just over three weeks.

We’ve just entered the next phase of 5G. As we’ve done since the beginning, our plan is to continue to lead the industry and deliver the best network service for our customers. We are excited for more and more customers to experience our revolutionary 5G Ultra Wideband service.
