The Verizon Wireless Bloomington, IN store has moved to a new retail location, and we want to share all the details with you.

Residents can test the speeds of Verizon's 4G LTE network at the new location - 2838 E. Third St. in front of College Mall. The new 3,783-square-foot store is larger and features a diverse selection of activated devices, including the new iPad, as well as the latest Android smartphones and tablets.

The updated store also features:

  • A bill payment kiosk that enables customers to pay their bills quickly and easily.
  • Roomy and easy-to-locate sales, customer service and technical support areas.
  • A Verizon HopeLine® donation bin where customers can donate no-longer-used phones and other devices from any carrier for recycling and use by domestic violence organizations in Indiana.
  • My Verizon Express Services terminals, allowing customers to manage their own accounts, putting them in control and saving them valuable time.

Each year, we aggressively invest billions of dollars in our nationwide network to stay ahead of the growing demand from consumers for voice and data services. Since Verizon was formed in 2000, we have invested more than $1.3 billion on improvements to our network in Indiana. We launched the Verizon 4G LTE network in the Bloomington area last October.

The new store is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The store’s phone number is 812-349-4345.

If you have a new device and want to learn all about how to use it, visit our Wireless Workshops website to attend a free workshop online or at the Bloomington store.
